What data we process

This website has no forms or advertising. We process the data you choose to give us when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, to answer your enquiry and manage your booking.

Web analytics

Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregated visit statistics. Google acts as data processor and may transfer data to Google LLC (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent and, if you book, the performance of the accommodation contract and legal obligations (guest registration). We keep the data only as long as needed for these purposes.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, those platforms process your data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the address above, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
